Our experience in plastic core manufacturing and converting dates back to 1980's.

Today we only supply plastic cores that are made for core applications. There are no production compromises. We don't manufacture cores one day and other products the next day.

With our sole focus on cores and experience in plastic manufacturing and converting, we understand the unique problems and challenges of those industries. When you contact us you're talking with someone that has likely helped solve a similar problem at other locations or helped select the right core for a similar process.

Northcore staff can help solve your core related problems, not just meet your specifications and we do this fast. In most cases when you contact us, we can have samples that will work, in your hands the next day. Your order can follow the next day after giving us an ok on the samples.

Plastic cores are expensive but our customers tell us that our cores are very inexpensive compared to the costs of fiber core failures and fiber core problems.
